BitTalk is designed for privacy-first, real-time voice communication between nearby iOS devices. It operates entirely offline using Apple’s MultipeerConnectivity framework, without requiring any login, phone number, or cloud connection.
Rodeny is committed to keeping BitTalk as efficient and user-friendly as possible. If we add new features in the future, they will be clearly described in the app update notes.
Since BitTalk works over local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, it does not rely on internet access. However, if features or future updates require connectivity, you are responsible for any data charges incurred. Rodeny is not responsible for performance limitations due to device settings, connectivity, or battery issues.
The app stores minimal data and does not send personal information to any cloud server. Nonetheless, it's your responsibility to secure your device. We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise your security and affect BitTalk’s performance.
BitTalk does not currently integrate third-party services. All communication is kept on the local network. If third-party tools are added in future updates, their use will comply with our privacy standards and be disclosed accordingly.
While BitTalk is built to be reliable, Rodeny cannot be held responsible for the app's performance in specific environments. You are responsible for ensuring your device is functional, updated, and properly connected to local peers.
From time to time, updates may be released to improve performance, fix bugs, or add features. You agree to install these updates to continue using BitTalk. Rodeny may also discontinue the app at any time, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete the app from your device.
